3 Things You May Not Know About Paragon

Partnership & Support
Experience Strategy

It’s been over 30 years since we first opened our doors in 1993.  And while movie tickets are no longer $4 a piece and Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You” isn’t sitting atop the Billboard charts – one thing hasn’t changed.  We’re still proud to maintain a consistent mission to help clients exceed their digital experience goals.

But it’s not 1993 anymore.  We’ve evolved over the years to provide our clients the best digital solutions possible.  Here are just a few lesser known facts about today’s Paragon that you may not know.

3 Facts About Paragon You May Not Know

1. In 2019, we acquired Red Privet – a research-driven experience design firm.

Last year Paragon acquired Red Privet, a research-driven experience design firm based out of Harrisburg, PA with nearly a decade of experience delivering customer experience solutions for organizations including Duke Health, Deloitte, Highmark and others.  This acquisition added a suite of new services – including:

  • User experience design
  • Persona development
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Digital strategy & engagement planning

We’re now uniquely skilled as a true end-to-end partner across the entire lifecycle of digital products and customer engagement – helping clients envision, execute, and evolve their most complex digital objectives.

“Bringing in Red Privet was a natural fit for our organization and our clients.  We share a common goal to optimize our clients’ customer engagement: both taking a common-sense, yet creative approach to helping our clients exceed their digital objectives and maximize their revenue streams.” - John Ours, CEO, Paragon

2. We have an expanding, full-spectrum digital optimization practice.

While many firms services conclude when your digital product is launched, we take it a step further to continuously learn, refine and optimize your in-market solutions via our suite of managed services solutions.

Paragon’s comprehensive, retainer-style engagements are tailored to each client’s needs.  By comprehensive, we mean that clients can access fractional resources across our full team of experts including strategy, design, marketing optimization, and traditional technical services such as 24×7 onshore maintenance and support.  Among other benefits, this allows clients to free themselves from their internal IT limitations, move to the Cloud as needed, and sleep tight knowing we’re available for support all year long including holidays. We’re also unique in our dedicated support model – where each client is paired with a Paragon Services Manager as a single point-of-contact with oversight and management of all fractional resources that a client engages.

3. We develop Custom Applications, too.

In addition to building enterprise-scale websites on Sitecore, Episerver, and other leading MarTech platforms, Paragon is rooted in custom application development.  Our team of over 40 developers offer experience across a range of technologies – including building sophisticated .net applications, customizing and integrating platforms like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or SharePoint, creating iOS or Android apps, or utilizing modern frameworks such as Angular, Vue.js, Node.js, and React for traditional or IoT builds.

Paragon’s free-thinking team of technical architects use risk-reducing agile and iterative methodologies to ensure that custom application solutions are crafted in the most strategic and cost-effective way possible, helping organizations gain the most benefit – whether that’s increased efficiency, scalability, security and/or affordability.
